Y200m Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

Welcome to y200m. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y200m platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and y200m ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the y200m platform and must cease access immediately.

Y200m reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to your registered email address or prominently displayed on the platform's homepage. To register and use the y200m platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. y200m does not permit access or use by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities.
• Not appearing on any prohibition list set by any government body or relevant authority.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement as stipulated under the Contracts Act 1950.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity in any form.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — even with different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Your y200m account is your sole responsibility. The following guidelines must be observed regarding account management and login security:

Y200m will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, where there is clear evidence that our system has been breached, y200m will take immediate action to protect the interests of affected members.

Y200m supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted channels:

• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other e-wallet methods listed on the platform.
• The minimum deposit is as specified on the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using the same name as your registered y200m account. Deposits made under a third-party name will not be processed and may result in further action.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically, and funds typically arrive in your bank account or e-wallet within 5 minutes of your request being approved.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

Y200m charges no hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees, which are beyond y200m's control.

Y200m offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer, per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• y200m reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts or exploiting the system.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by recognised independent international bodies. There is no human intervention in determining game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, y200m will attempt to restore the session to the last saved state in the system. If restoration is not possible, the wager in question will be credited back to the member's account balance.

• Threatening, abusing, or harassing support staff or other players on the platform.

Y200m reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Rest or self-exclusion requests submitted directly by the member.
• Instructions from regulatory bodies, law enforcement authorities, or court orders.

If your account is terminated for reasons other than a terms violation, any eligible balance in your account will be returned to you once the review process is complete. Account closure requests can be made at any time through the y200m customer support team.

Y200m takes member privacy protection seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and y200m's comprehensive Privacy Policy.

• Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without any penalty.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
